Florence And Me Café Geelong

Visited here for brunch with my husband on our way to start The Great Ocean Road. I cannot explain to you how delicious the food is! Ian (the owner and chef) was more than happy to make me a vegan version of their avo toast and it was so delicious with kimchi, chilli jam and caremalised onions. I literally said “I’m vegan can you take the feta out please?” And he said “leave it with me!” And I knew it would be good. It was the best avo toast I’ve had in a very long time / maybe ever. My husband also loved his vegetarian version of the breakfast bun and coffee. The food was so good I got a vegan roasted veg focaccia bun for the road. If I ever come back to Australia I’ll definitely come back here. Thanks to Ian for such a lovely meal and being so kind and inventive. Will definitely be adding kimchi to my avocado toast from now on. The coffee was also delicious. Loved chatting to Ian about his career and about our travels. Don’t miss this place :)

Such an amazing food selection and awesome people, we could have stayed there all day. Fantastic Vegan options and great coffee. We will be back for sure.

Called in for breakfast for the first time this morning after see good reviews and becoming intrigued with the menu having mince on toast. My wife and I both tried it and it is now my favourite breakfast in Geelong. This cafe is a Gem with parking it's only downside. But after trying it I would walk a mile to get here.
